Do I need to RSVP?
RSVP is recommended when available so we can plan seating and accessibility. If an event is open to the public, you’re welcome to attend even if you can’t RSVP.
Where will events be held?
Events may be held across Washington, including community centers, private homes, and public venues. Each listing will include the location and any entry instructions.
Can I host an event?
Yes. Use the request form below and select “Host an event.” Our team will follow up about timing, format, and logistics.
Are venues accessible?
We aim to choose accessible venues. If you need an accommodation, please contact us in advance so we can coordinate.
Can I bring a friend or family member?
Absolutely—community conversations are better with more voices. Please RSVP for your full party when possible.
Are there guidelines for signs, photos, or media?
